Capital One lists +1 804 934 2001 as its credit card line for callers outside the US, and labels it as a collect call. Capital One says callers outside the U.S. can call at no charge, but the call is placed through an international operator.
- Find an international operator. Capital One points callers to the AT&T traveler page at www.att.com/traveler.
- Ask the operator for a collect call to the US. Give them +1 804 934 2001 and say you are calling the US collect. The company pays for the call.
- Give the name "Capital One Customer". Capital One's steps say to use this name when the operator asks for one.
