Air India runs a 24x7 customer care line in India and a local number in several other countries. If you are travelling, call the line for the country where you live or booked, or the India line if your country is not listed.

Air India lists +91 11 6932 9333 and +91 11 6932 9999 as its 24x7 customer care lines, and gives them to international callers too. Calling the US and Canada line from abroad

Air India points customers to a few routes that skip the phone queue:
