Lost cards and fraud from overseas

Use the card fraud line for lost cards and suspected fraud. OCBC lists it for overseas callers as +65 6535 7677.

OCBC's contact page says that from 12am to 7:59am it can only assist with urgent enquiries, such as fraud and lost cards. Lost card and fraud calls are part of that urgent service.

Block your card before you call

OCBC's pages point you to the app first. Block the card there, then call if you still need help.

1. Open the OCBC Digital app.
2. Use the card options to lock the card. OCBC labels this "Lock or unlock cards".
3. Choose "Report lost card" to report it.

Suspected fraud: the phone steps

1. Call +65 6363 3333 from overseas.
2. Press 9 to report fraud.
3. To freeze your accounts and cards straight away, call +65 6363 3333, press 8, and follow the instructions.
