The card company's overseas lost and stolen page lists a number for each country or region. Find your country on MUFG Card's overseas lost or stolen page and dial the number exactly as it is written there.
- Find your country on the page above and dial the number listed for it.
- If your country is not listed, or the number does not connect, dial the international operator in the country you are in and ask for a collect call to +81 52 300 8067. The first 81 is Japan's country code.
- The caller may need to ask the operator to connect the call. The card company pays for a collect call.
- Once you have reported the card, take the report to the nearest local police station, as the card company asks.
